Track Day season is now well and truly upon us and to celebrate in true Matey-Matey style, we headed down to Brands Hatch in Kent. 

Brands Hatch, just off the A20 in Kent [a few miles from the M25] is one of the most famous motor-racing circuits in the UK and is without one of those track day venues whose reputation precedes it!

Suffice to say, the day was a hoot. Charlie's Caterham Seven was on storming form, resplendent in its Kawasaki Green livery and running a new set of Yokohama intermediate tyres in place of the academy spec fuel-savers it had previously.

Si's Corrado was also running some new components for the day including a set of Yoko A539s and some new tarox discs with racing pads

Daniel's MK2 was flying during the morning, but developed a fault before lunch  which meant an early retirement and a trip home courtesy of the AA!

Over the coming week, we'll be adding some more pictures and a handy trackday calendar showing some of the future track days we'll be attending...
